This sequence, and especially when Supes catches the helicopter WITH ONE HAND, never, ever, ever fails to give me goosebumps - and a lump to my throat.

I seen this first on it's release at a little cinema in Whitby !! Love Superman:The Movie ans Superman 2
Superman 2 was the biggest adreneline rush i've ever had to a film - can remember leaving the cinema and sprinting as fast as i could the half mile to the bus stop, i was so fired up.
