Yeah, I was looking at these yesterday and thinking the same thing - all cops should start dressing like this.
And Smith in the rags of Tennant's old costume looks way better than his own dickie bow/tweed/black jeans combo. Doesn't bode too well.
My mate who's in the Police said that isn't standard police wear...however,he thinks it could catch on !!!!
