Spoon Ship - building up the detail
So here we go, adding lots of tiny kitbits for detail. Dunno why - the underisde will never be seen. But i'll know its there i guess.
That's coming right along! One of the reasons I love your blog, is you take me back to the good old days of Rouge Trader 40k where you built stuff out of deodorant bottles and plastic spoons....that was before they became but for the grace of God....God...)
Ah, ta for the kind words Don 8) A major influence on me has the been the work of the BBC Special Effects Dept, esp the likes of Mat Irvine and Ian Scoones, who had to come up with the goods with zero budget, so did resort to all sorts of household items as the basis for their craft and buildings etc.
Born '62, growing old but not up. Ex-Projectionist.
Fan of decent film, especially 50's SF, Universal and Hammer horrors, the shorts of Laurel & Hardy. Love the British boys comics i grew up on, special effects in any form, history, mythology, fantasy and cheese.
