Starting off as a place to show my 2000AD-themed projects, its mutated into a diary of what i'm up to in the SF & Fantasy modelling hobby. And the odd rant, review and ramble.

Vampire Batman - all done
Well, that was great fun splashing the Tamiya Clear Red around. Enjoyed coming back to figure work after such a long break from them. Think i'll have a look round to see what's out there for another go.
Mnay thanks for the kind comments AL. I've found the best way to use it is to not mix it at all at first, load some on your brush then dip it in water before applying. That gives you a strong wash of translucent red to begin with. Once dry, stir the jar properly and load your brush properly. That gives you a slightly thicker effect, to be sweirled round any area where the blood might collect - in this case especially between the teeth
Born '62, growing old but not up. Ex-Projectionist.
Fan of decent film, especially 50's SF, Universal and Hammer horrors, the shorts of Laurel & Hardy. Love the British boys comics i grew up on, special effects in any form, history, mythology, fantasy and cheese.
